Where is Land of Lights Festival taking place and how do I get there?

Land of Lights Festival is taking place at two locations. You can choose from Milton Keynes or Warrington. For more information and travel advice, visit our Warrington location page or Milton Keynes location page.

Can I park at the attraction?

Yes, parking spaces are available at Gulliver's World Warrington and Gulliver's Land Milton Keynes, it's completely free to park at both locations! 

Who is this attraction suitable for?

Land of Lights is an immersive lantern trail that's perfect for people of all ages. 

Will I be able to buy food and drinks?

Yes, there'll be festive food, street-eats and seasonal drinks available for purchase.

Does the Land of Lights include any of Gulliver's regular rides and attractions?

No, the Land of Lights Lantern Festival is a stand alone special event.

What are the ticket prices for Land of Lights?

Pricing details will be released in the months ahead. Sign up to Land of Lights Newsletter and be the first to hear about pricing information.

Can I change the date of my booking?

You may be able to change your visit date, subject to availability and fees. Go to the 'book tickets' link on the website and select 'reschedule my visit'. Tickets are non-refundable, however you may pass on your tickets to friends or family if you find you are unable to attend. 

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Yes, if the day you arrive has not sold out, you can purchase tickets at the gate. You'll always get a better price when you pre-book 2 days or more in advance.

How long can I expect the experience to last?

This will largely depend upon your own walking pace. You may choose to spend time observing additional entertainments along the route, or to enjoy some seasonal drinks and snacks.
You can typically expect to spend approximately 90 minutes leisurely strolling the 1 mile trail, immersing amidst the atmosphere and snapping those insta-worthy selfies.  

Is the attraction wheelchair and pushchair friendly?

Yes!

At Milton Keynes, the whole route is on firm ground and mostly flat with only some very slight inclines. Accessible toilets are available along the route.

At Warrington, the route is on firm ground and mostly flat with only some very slight inclines. The exit-boardwalk may not suit all mobility requirements and our marshals will assist you on an alternative route if required. Accessible toilets are available along the route.

Is Land of Lights included in Gulliver's Annual Passport Perks?

Land of Lights Lantern Festival is a stand alone special event and therefore not included in Gulliver's Annual Passport perks.  

Does the attraction use strobe lighting?

While there is no strobe lighting in use along the trail, some lantern features do include flashing, twinkling and colour changing lights.
